ABOUT DAVE
Dave puts his money where his mouth is: For the last 10 years he has been investing in real estate personally. He buys homes, renovates them, then rents or sells them. He remodeled his own home, a Prairie Style split-level designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. His experience renovating properties proves remarkably useful to clients during the sales and purchase process.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Dave managed small businesses in Columbia for seven years, earning such accolades as Manager of the Year. His business and management experience allow him to help clients understand the wealth-building potential of real estate as well as the details of the financing.
Dave is an Eagle Scout who still loves to camp. His other hobbies include hunting, writing, and music. He played bass guitar professionally for many years. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies with minors in Biology and Architecture.
But family is the most meaningful thing for Dave. He and his wife Amy have two children, Eli and Ian. Eli attends Shepard Blvd. Elementary School while Amy, an MU graduate and preschool teacher, currently stays home with Ian. They have lived and worked in Columbia for over twelve years.
Dave has been a full-time Realtor since 2000. He is a multi-million dollar producing sales agent, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a member of the prestigious Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). He was PLAZA Real Estate Services' New Agent of the Year in 2001. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the Columbia Board of Realtors.
